BURKHART´STUDIO is the independent practice of Evgeny Burkhart—an architect by education and an investment architect by practice.

Evgeny Burkhart is an architect with more than two decades of experience in architecture, interiors and residential property across Europe. Based in the Balearic Islands since 2015, his work has become closely connected with local construction, development and the transformation of existing properties—from traditional island houses to contemporary residences.
This experience led to his approach of investment architecture: using design and architectural decisions not only to improve a place, but to strengthen its character, desirability and value.
